2. You will receive a reminder 24 hours before. 
3. We will setup, take down at your game.
​4. You will receive an e-mail with a private link to access your film footage.

How come not all the features are available to players?
​In order to accommodate a pay-per-use service we are unable to give players access to all of trace's features. 

When will my video be available?
All games will be available within 48 hours to the e-mail used to reserve. 

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. We provide full refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours in advance.
