We'll compile all the data in an easy to read pdf file and e-mail it to your administrator.

Can I customize the forms and information that you collect?

Yes. Everything is completely customizable.

Where are the surveys located?

All our surveys are done online through a private link. Your coach or admin will share the link with you.

Will my personal information be shared to my coach or club?

No. We do not collect any personal information. Some survey's offer you the option to be contacted if you chose to be. All survey's are conducted through a private link given to the coach or administrator to be distributed.

How much does it cost?

Surveys are $19.99 per team. Members will save 10%. Contact us for club pricing.

How are results delivered?

Each individual submission will be emailed to the survey admin. Complete results are complied into a PDF table and e-mailed to the survey admin after the survey has closed.
