A unique 90-120 minute session focused on skill development, 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 game play. Each session will focus on a specific technical skill that when executed during the game can result in bonus points. Throughout the session players will rotate teams and earn points through game play. Prizes are awarded to the top point earners of each session.

How are teams divided?
Teams are randomly divided at different intervals throughout the session. We want players to focus on their own personal development and not on winning or losing.
How do we keep track of score?
Each player is assigned a bib with a number at the beginning of the session. Points will be awarded to individual players throughout game play.
How are points earned?
Points are earned by scoring goals, winning games and executing session specific technical skills during game play.
