TECHNICAL
Players in each session will be split into 4 teams. Teams will complete a technical exercises and compete in a challenge(s) for points. A maximum of 50 possible points per player per one hour session. Each player is guaranteed points for participating.
Challenges = 50 points per session
1. Win: 10 points, 1st place (+5pts for last round)
2. Effort: 5 points, Don't give up and try your best.
3. Bonus: Extra points can be given to individuals at the coaches discretion.

Small sideFor the first 30 minutes teams will participate in a small sided rapid tournament. Each team will play 3 games during a running clock. Each game has a maximum of 10 possible points |
LARGE SIDEFor the second part, 2 teams will combine and participate in a large side game. There will be 2 equal halves; each half with 10 possible points. Each half will start with a kick off and a score of 0-0. |
